To create an account:
From your Dashboard > Click New HCP
*HCP account is for your Doctor and Medical practitioner. They will use this to login on the iPad application.
Fill up the form for your HCP, Check Accept T & C and Click Sign Up Now.
Go back to Dashboard > Click New Staff
*Staff account is for your Staff who works in the Clinic such as receptionist, tey will use this account to login to iConsult Website.
Fill up the form for your Staff, Check Accept T & C and Click Sign Up Now.
To manage an account:
Go to Clinic Staff
Under manage Staff, you can select a staff and manage their permissions. Select the items you want them to have access when they open their account.
Under manager HCP, you have an option to select the name of the HPC,
Click on Unavailability to schedule their off or Holiday.
Click on Clinic mode to allow all HCPs in the clinic to view all clinic clients.
