To add a client to iConsult database,
- In dashboard list view, tap on:
After choosing your respective way of adding a client, iConsult will ask you for clients email address.
Enter the e-mail of your client and tap on “Check in” button. Once the email has been checked, you can then enter client’s information. (Refer to 2.3)
- Add Client Information
In Client Information, you can add following details:
- Personal Details
- Medical History
- Medication information
- Diseases History
- Psychological and other details
If you want to transfer a client of some other provider to your end, simply put the e-mail address of the client and then it will ask you to provide password. After doing so, you can view the client that either he is listed or not.
Once you are done by adding the above information, if you wish to enter some notes for a client for your own knowledge and ease, you can add it here at 6th step.
After doing all the above steps, you have to accept terms and conditions. Here you have two options that you want emails for new consultations and send invitation email to the client.
